VIDÉOS ÉTRANGES
The phenomenon of 'Oddly Satisfying Videos' was born in 2013 on the Reddit platform. From these videos that deeply affect the human brain, what can we get from them in a motion design practice?
Based on this reflection, the objective is to create in After Effects two short videos:
- a 'satisfying' video, by reappropriating visual mechanisms that exist in these videos : patterns, geometry, symmetry, fluidity, juxtapositions, shine
- a 'disturbing' video, which will take the opposite of this system examples: irregularity, randomness, abrupt movements, dissonance
